1. Payment terms for individuals:

1.2. Payment for Goods in Cash
\nPayment for goods in cash is permitted for courier delivery or pickup at a pickup location. The list of cities where the Seller\u2019s delivery service is available can be found in the Delivery Terms section.
\nCash payments are made upon receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n
1.3. Payment for goods by credit card and e-money.
\nThe Buyer understands and agrees that the operator responsible for accepting and processing payments for goods offered on the Site is, depending on the circumstances, one of the acquiring companies connected to the Website and selected independently by the User\/Buyer during the process of paying for the goods.<\/p>\n
1.4. If payment is made by credit card and\/or electronic money, the Order will be confirmed once the funds have been credited to the Seller’s bank account.<\/p>\n
1.5. Upon delivery of the goods, a sales receipt is issued to the Buyer. The sales receipt may be issued by the Seller\u2019s banking agent, acting under a banking agency agreement. <\/p>\n
1.6. Access to view the Content catalog posted at http:\/\/www.mianiebooks.com in the relevant section is free for Site Users; however, a fee is charged for access to download (view video content) selected Content files in the formats provided on the site.<\/p>\n
1.7. Payment for paid Content is made on the Website at the time the Order is placed.<\/p>\n
1.8. If the Buyer pays for access to download the Content and is unable to download it directly for technical or any other reasons on the Buyer\u2019s part (arising from the Buyer\u2019s side and due to the Buyer\u2019s fault), no refund will be issued, and the Content will be considered to have been duly received.<\/p>\n
1.9. The price of Content may change regardless of whether it was on sale or not. The Seller will not reimburse the Buyer for the cost of purchased Content if, over time, that Content goes on sale and its price decreases significantly. The purchaser of Content acknowledges and agrees that, after a certain period, the price of promotional Content may change, and free promotional Content may become paid, and vice versa. <\/p>\n
1.10. Prices for Content may be changed without notice to the Content Purchaser. If a price reduction occurs after the Content Purchaser has made a purchase, the Site Administration is not obligated to provide any compensation to such Content Purchaser. <\/p>\n
Pursuant to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, \u201cOn the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine \u2018On the Protection of Consumer Rights,\u2019\u201d dated March 19, 1994, products of satisfactory quality offered on the Website are not subject to exchange or return. <\/p>\n
Before making a purchase, every customer has the right to review information about the products featured in the Site\u2019s Catalog, read reviews from other customers, watch promotional videos about the product, read a free excerpt, and make an informed decision about whether to make the purchase.<\/p>\n
1.1. You may cancel your purchase and receive a refund by contacting customer support at support@mianiebooks.com, within 14 days of payment, provided that no files accessible via the links provided after confirmation of payment for digital goods have been downloaded or viewed in your account.
\n1.2. Cancellation of a purchase and refunds are not available if you have downloaded or viewed the purchased digital goods in your account, except in cases where technical defects in the files are identified that make it impossible to read, listen to, or view the purchased goods in your account.
\n1.3. Cancellation of a purchase and refunds for digital products are not provided, and the Content is considered to have been duly received if it cannot be downloaded due to technical or any other reasons arising on the Buyer\u2019s side and attributable to the Buyer. <\/p>\n
1.1. For printed books, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item:
\n\u00b7 contains a printing defect that results in the loss or distortion of information,
\n\u00b7 is missing printed text,
\n\u00b7 has pages that were jammed in the printing press,
\n\u00b7 the book\u2019s title on the cover does not match its contents,
\n\u00b7 pages are inverted relative to the cover.
\n1.2. For digital content, a refund is possible only if the Seller provided a non-functional file (which cannot be played or saved, and if this is confirmed by the Seller\u2019s file inspection) and if the Seller is unable to replace such a file.
\n1.3. Refunds are issued within a few days of approval by a support representative. Sometimes this may take longer, but no more than 7 business days. <\/p>\n
3.1. Refunds are processed using the same method by which the funds were transferred to the Store.
\n3.2. Some payment methods do not allow for refunds to be processed using the same method (payments made via payment terminals and mobile service providers, bank transfers). In this case, a refund can be processed using one of the following methods:
