Shipping Terms

1. General Provisions
1.1. When placing an Order, the Buyer may independently select a delivery method, namely:
· courier delivery (delivery by a courier to the address specified by the Buyer);
· pickup at a selected delivery service branch (the delivery service branch can be chosen from the list provided on the Website);
· pickup from the mianiebooks.com branch (the address is listed in the corresponding section on the Website).

1.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the rates of the companies that directly handle the delivery of the goods. All necessary information regarding the delivery of the goods is provided by the Buyer when placing an Order in the “Place Order” section of the Website.

1.3. If the Buyer refuses to accept the Goods, the purchase price paid by the Buyer shall be refunded to the Buyer, less the cost of shipping the Goods. The specified amount will be paid to the Buyer within 10 calendar days from the date the Buyer submits a corresponding request to Customer Support at support@mianiebooks.com, specifying the method of refund. Payment is considered made at the moment the funds are debited from the Seller’s account.

1.4. All information regarding the terms and conditions of delivery for the Product is set forth in the Delivery Terms section.

. 2. Terms and Conditions for Delivery of Products via the Delivery Service
2.1. Delivery of the Product to the address specified by the Buyer takes 2 business days or more from the time the order is placed on the website.
2.2. If the Goods are to be picked up at a pickup location, the Buyer agrees to collect the Goods from the pickup location within 7 calendar days from the date the Buyer is notified that the Goods are ready for pickup. This period may be extended at the Buyer’s request for no more than 7 calendar days.
2.3. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer shall verify the assortment, quantity, quality, and cost of all Goods included in the Order. Once receipt of the Goods has been documented with the appropriate paperwork (sales receipt, delivery note, etc.), the Buyer’s claims regarding the assortment, quantity, quality (except for hidden defects), and cost of the Goods will not be accepted.

3. Access to Content.
3.1. The Buyer is granted access to download Content (e-books only) immediately after payment for such Content.
3.2. The Content is stored in the Buyer’s Personal Account in the corresponding section (storage time limits apply only to video recordings of lectures by Academician M.Y. Mianie).
3.3. The Buyer agrees that, from the moment download links for the Content appear in the Buyer’s Personal Account and the Buyer is able to download or view the Content, it shall be deemed that the Seller has provided full access to the Content.
