“PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT” Courses. BASIC THEORETICAL COURSE (BTC). Cycles 1–5

BASIC THEORETICAL COURSE – designed to provide comprehensive theoretical training and the development of all fundamental concepts and skills for working with information on the subject of Personality Development, based on the curriculum of the author’s course “Personality Development” by Academician M. Yu. Mianiye.

Course Objectives – to develop a significantly deeper understanding of all the topics covered in the the introductory course:

• The Theory of Consciousness (its structure, functioning, control, and changes);
• Personality Development (evaluation systems, major problems and their solutions, key strengths and how to develop them);
• External Goals and Destiny (what is worth striving for, and how to achieve it);
• Teaching Methodology (conditions necessary for effective development; failure to meet these conditions leads to failure);
• Stages of Personal Growth (criteria and mechanisms for assessing it, the organization’s work, etc.).
