Section 1. Personal Growth. This section is for those who understand and accept:

A. All the major rewards in life go to those who are stronger, braver, faster, and smarter. That is why people set a goal that is right in every respect: to become smarter, faster, and more effective, in order to fundamentally change their lives for the better and become happy and successful.

B. The essence of personal growth is the transition from “I don’t know,” “I don’t understand,” “I don’t know how,” “I can’t,” and “I’m absolutely terrified” to “I want to, I can, I do, and I achieve the best results and immense joy”. In other words, I exchange fear for fearlessness, insecurity for self-confidence and belief in my own abilities, and negative emotions for calmness, kindness, and joy in my heart.

This section is based on the original curricula developed by Academician M. Yu. Mianie between 1993 and 2018.
