Topic 1. “Internal Sources of Happiness” from the “HAPPINESS” course – is designed to help form an understanding of the essential internal components of happiness (a sense of strength, joy, and inspiration; confidence, self-belief, and trust in one’s own abilities; freedom from vulnerability, pain, and suffering; inner strengths, and much more).

The sessions are based on working with human consciousness programs and methods for working with them (the Author’s know-how), therefore, enrollment is possible only after completing the Basic Theoretical Course and the first course, “Personality Development,” taught by Prof. M.Y. Mianie, or after completing the following classes and topics:
