2. System. Approach

2.1. Personality Development

M.Y. Mianie, “Manifesto” (excerpts)

“In this case, we are primarily interested in analyzing the main spiritual and moral problems facing society and their causes.

  1. Achievements inlogistical, social, and many other areas:
  • Indisputable.
  • Continuous progress.
  • For science in the physical realm, there are practically no unsolvable problems.
  1. Vices (alcoholism, drug addiction, etc.) are spreading at an alarming rate.
  • There are more than 275 million drug addicts worldwide (their number has tripled over the past 10 years, and most of them are young people between the ages of 18 and 25).
  • In the CIS countries, approximately 50% of the adult population is addicted to smoking (in Russia alone, 250,000–300,000 people die from smoking each year).
  • In Ukraine, about 11% of the population over the age of 18 are alcoholics; more than 40,000 people die each year from alcohol abuse; and the “average age of an alcoholic” has dropped from 25–40 to 17–30.
  1. In the spiritual and moral sphere—degradation:
  • Lies, infidelity, betrayal, etc.—have become the norm.
  • As a result—depression (affecting more than 60% of the population), divorces (60–70% of marriages),
  • The number of suicides has tripled over the past 10 years, etc.
  1. Physical Degradation of the Population:
  • obesity (more than 2 billion people worldwide);
  • physical underdevelopment and weakness; 80–90% of men of draft age are unfit for military service (by comparison: monk-knights fought for months even at age 70, without removing their armor, which weighed more than 50 kg);
  • chronic illnesses, other conditions.

Unfortunately, this list could go on, and it would be very long. The statistics on crime and other social ills are roughly the same.

  1. Causes of Problems:
    1. Education does not prepare students for life; it does not teach them how to set and achieve goals, how to make and keep friends, or how to attain strength, happiness, perfection, success, etc. Ninety percent of the knowledge gained in school is never used in real life.
    2. Science — studies people and the world solely from a materialistic perspective. The spiritual and moral sphere, as a subject of study aimed at fostering decent people, decent relationships, and decent traditions, is virtually absent.

Unfortunately, both science and education ignore these issues, as the statistics show: in education, zero class hours are devoted to personality development! In science, this area of research receives virtually no funding.

  1. For society to become worthy in the future, it is necessary to:
    1. Make the study of all necessary issues related to the formation of the individual a priority for science.
    2. We must fundamentally transform the education system. Its primary goal, just as in better times, must be the formation of the human being as a person.
    3. Develop a Spiritual and Moral Standard and adhere to it.
    4. In accordance with the Spiritual and Moral Standard, establish at the legislative level requirements for the elite, for government officials, for laws, and for the moral and ethical norms of citizens’ behavior.

“No thinking person can remain indifferent to the state of modern society and its problems. To solve them, each of us must first change our own lives for the better so that, ultimately, we can change the fate of our world for the better.”

2.2. Esotericism

Esotericism occupies an ambivalent position in relation to modern science. On the one hand, a vast amount of evidence has been accumulated confirming the spiritual-energetic structure of the world (memories of past lives, remote viewing, healing without medication by connecting with the Soul and the Subtle World, and many others).

At the same time, new fields of study (transpersonal psychology, among others) and research centers focused specifically on this approach are emerging. On the other hand, most of the scientific community does not understand or accept esotericism or spirituality in general. What are the reasons for this situation?

Reason number one: materialism. Most people with a college education naturally consider themselves smart. This is true, but only partly. To be a top-notch professional, a person needs to finish high school, graduate from college, work, gain experience, and constantly improve their skills. But what does it take to be a spiritual person?

Historically speaking, roughly half of this instructional time was devoted specifically to character development and spiritual education. This is the only way to develop positive beliefs and values, all the necessary personal qualities, rules of conduct, ethics, manners, etc. How much attention is paid to character development in today’s universities and schools? As a rule—zero class hours. For the most part, an understanding of spirituality comes from parents, at the everyday level. For a small portion (a few percent), it comes through self-development; for the rest (those who have gotten that far), at a very basic level, it comes through the church.

It must be acknowledged that most scientists and people with higher education have only a vague understanding of spirituality, since their training in this area typically consists of a few books or a few short-term courses, instead of the 5,000–7,000 instructional hours typical in the past. With such training, it is difficult—or, in principle, impossible—to address spiritual challenges.

The second reason. Let’s call it “the deliberate work of Evil.” Unfortunately, many of the world’s powerful figures often have no need for a person who is spiritually mature, strong, intelligent, invulnerable, happy, capable of understanding the reasons behind what is happening, and able to stand up to evil. What they need is a specialist—a cog in the economic machine—which is exactly what universities train people to be. That is why what was once considered a vice, a terrible sin (for example, same-sex relationships in Zoroastrianism were regarded as a more horrific crime than even murder—with an unambiguous condemnation to the lowest circles of hell)—is now protected by law. Meanwhile, the defense of morality and highly spiritual relationships that fulfill the original purpose of men and women is being persecuted.

To lead a person away from God, from spirituality, and from the Path of Light—you need to tell them: “You only live once,” “What matters most is freedom and fulfilling your desires.” At the same time, desires that align with various trends in mass culture (hippies, emos, goths, and many others) are shaped through corresponding social technologies.

All of this—instead of: “You are an immortal Soul, the crown of creation, a son (daughter) of God,” “Your Duty is to fully unlock your Potential, originally bestowed by God, to discover and fulfill your Destiny, and to attain the greatest possible levels of Strength, Happiness, Perfection, and Success.”

From there, each person must choose for themselves—whether to follow their original purpose, the nature of their soul, or to give in to their weak and corrupt desires, which are most often inspired from outside—in this life or in previous incarnations.

Our goal is to “shed light,” to help as many people as possible understand that each person is, first and foremost, an immortal Soul with immense potential. To help them embark on the Path of Light—a path of growth, knowledge, and, ultimately, service (the ability to influence the world around them, bring as much good as possible into it, and fight against evil). To this end, our task is to develop a new Teaching that:

  1. It will interpret, organize, and elaborate on all the key points that have been stated and practiced previously in the spiritual and moral realms and in esotericism.
  2. It will provide the world with a fundamentally new level of knowledge and new opportunities that will enable people to attain enlightenment and perfection through more effective technologies, without having to leave the world to live in an ashram or monastery.
  1. It will enable individuals and society to envision the future—the best possible future—and will help them move purposefully toward it and build it.

2.3. Goals and Objectives of the Society of the Future

The best way for each person to set goals—both for themselves personally and for society as a whole—is to draw on the fundamental answers to the key questions: “What does God want? What is His Will?” The fundamental answers are found in the Spiritual Laws. The most important of these, which define the difference between the Future—the best of all possible futures—and the Present, are as follows:

1. A person must come to realize that they are an immortal Soul, created in the Image and Likeness of God, luminous and pure by nature, with immense inner potential that they reveal step by step as they pass from one incarnation to the next. Based on this, the primary Duty and the main Goals of the person of the Future are the fulfillment of their destiny:

  • Goal One—Service: to do good in all areas of one’s life, to create as much good as possible, and to destroy evil (within oneself, in one’s destiny, and in this world). Egoists and consumers will be recognized as destroyers of spirituality and must be outlawed.
  • Goal Two – Development: the full and most effective realization of one’s potential—intellectual, spiritual, and energetic. Everything necessary to walk the Path—from the first level (manual labor) to the completion of evolution on Earth (to be a genius, to influence countries and continents)—is inherently embedded in the Soul of every person (in the primordial memory of the chakras and in the multitude of consciousness systems that have not yet been revealed). Underdevelopment (spiritual, physical) and other forms of imperfection in the society of the Future will be recognized as a vice and will deprive a person of the right to influence and success. Defective, empty, or malicious souls will either disappear (after undergoing the Last Judgment) or leave Earth forever (to go and colonize “unclaimed lands” in space).
  • Goal Three— A Full and Fulfilling Life: Everything in accordance with the Law, everything aimed at maximum energy and efficiency.
  • Goal Four – Fulfilling Self-Realization: career , professionalism, strong financial performance, and reaching the highest peaks—through ethical means.
  • Goal Five – Meaningful Relationships: the highest ethical standards, mutual support, mutual understanding, trust, and emotions (friendship, gratitude, loyalty, love).
  • Goal Six – Upright Traditions and Way of Life: beauty, nobility, high moral standards, an open heart, strengthening unity, relationships, and core values; freedom from harmful habits; physical activity and sports.
  • Goal 7 – A Comfortable Lifestyle: comfort , convenience, enjoyment, relaxation, everything needed to entertain guests, and minimal time spent on organization and upkeep.
  • Goal 8 – Financial Independence (Surplus Funds): a positive attitude toward money, an understanding of how money works, the wise use of money, saving, and investing.

All of these objectives are covered in our educational programs and presented in the relevant sections of the “Mianiebooks” Knowledge Store.

2. The society of the future—the best possible one—must be free from existing problems; it must be pure, perfect, and, ultimately, it must embody God’s will on Earth—His Spiritual Laws —and raise all key indicators of society to the next levels of development.

Our goal is to understand what kind of society this should be and to do everything possible—and even the impossible—to make that future a reality. For more details, see Section 4: The Future (link to Section 4: The Future)
